How long does re-sizing take?Resizing a ready-made Kaftan takes 2 to 5 business days. Any delays we may have will be communicated.

Can I order a Kaftan for someone even if I am not in the country?Absolutely! Just contact us to discuss the Kaftan style you would like to order for the person or help us coordinate an order to their liking. Payments can be made online as directed by our shop manager.

What do I do if the style I want on the website is no longer available?We often have similar material or color available and can design the precise or custom-style Kaftan for you. If we are unable, different options are available for your choosing.

Do you make custom designs?Yes we do. We have a variety of materials and color to create designs you want, in alignment with our general style.

Can I make payments in installments?Absolutely! We understand the pricing can be intimidating, so we allow installment payments, and they can be communicated.

Do you make women's Kaftans?Yes we do. At the moment they have been in field testing, but we can also make custom designs for you at your request.

Are all the Kaftans on the website also available in the store?Some are previous styles we have not continued, and there are more designs available in the store. Online or non-local customers can request preview looks.
